🧩 What You’ll Do:
As our Sales Manager, you’ll play a dual role:
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a growing team of 2-3 In-Home Design Consultants. You’ll coach them to close more deals, improve customer experience, and hit sales targets month after month.
Hands-On Selling: You'll also roll up your sleeves and handle your own pipeline of in-home design consultations, serving clients and closing high-ticket deals with elegance and expertise.
💡 Your Daily Responsibilities:
Hire, train, mentor and motivate your sales/design team.
Monitor team KPIs, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
Provide hands-on coaching in the field and in the office.
Conduct in-home consultations to design and sell premium closet systems.
Collaborate with operations & installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate sales reporting.
✅ Requirements:
3+ years of proven sales management experience (bonus if in home services or design-related field)
2+ years of in-home sales or design experience
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in design tools, CRM software, and sales presentations
Strong closing ability & consultative selling style
Based in Las Vegas or willing to relocate
